Methodology
How it was evaluated
The toolkit was implemented at Swami Dayananda School, Manjakkudi, a rural mainstream school, with children in Grades 4–5. Classroom teachers were trained to run the five activities themselves, twice a week over five weeks.
Each child was rated on a bilingual (Tamil/English) questionnaire before the programme and again at the end of the five weeks, by the same rater at both points. The questionnaire covers five domains: acceptance, non-judgement, patience, letting go and trust.
